Warranty Policy:
All of our products carry a 1 year Manufacturer warranty unless stated otherwise. To have your Electronics equipment serviced free using manufacturer's warranty you will need to send the product, along with its warranty card, back to us. Shipping Fee TO DREAMBOX500C.Com will be covered by customer. Please email us before you send your unit for repair/exchange, or find the order in your order history and click "I need to return this product" We will them email you with an RMA number and confirm the return address. NO product returned will be accepted by us without an RMA.Each product comes with 1 yr manufactory warranty from China. Changing any component and/or opening or modifying case will void the warranty. Availability of replacement parts and turnaround time for any repairs/replacement varies depending on the product.
Return policy:
DREAMBOX500C.Com manufactures and sells electronic equipment and ships directly from our plant in China. We do not sell used or refurbished items and therefore we cannot accept non-defective product returns.7-day Return Policy on all Electronics (related accessory sales excluded).Item must be in its original packaging with all accessories, manual, warranty card included. All items incur a 15% restocking fee and $5 processing fee. Customer is responsible for the shipping cost of sending the item back to our plant in China. Refund will consist of unit price only, shipping costs will not be refunded. Customer must contact us with the request to return and notify us the precise condition of the item being returned before we issue a RMA for the return. Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be refused or disregarded. Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded.
Order Cancellation policy:
All orders can be cancelled and refunded without penalty if the order has not been shipped. Order that has been shipped cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please contact us ASAP if you would like to cancel your order (we usually ship out your order in about 1-2days).
